Nurse

Overview

The Nurse will deliver quality clinical care to patients at Hamilton Medical, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support community health outcomes and provide compassionate, culturally safe care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical care and support to patients across a range of needs.
• Monitor patient health and accurately record clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, allied health, and support staff.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Promote culturally safe, patient-centred care at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in community or primary health care (preferred).
• Commitment to culturally safe, community-focused care.
